The possibility to purchase tickets opens 60 days before the specified date.
According to the rules, train tickets must be issued in person. Therefore, we request information about passengers in the form in which it is indicated in their passport, or a copy of it, at least 65 days before the departure of the train. These tickets are non-refundable (USD 30 per person). If the passenger information is incorrect, we must cancel the ticket with a fine in full and issue a new one, subject to availability at the time of rebooking. An additional fee is charged for a new ticket.
Booking train tickets in the region requires an accurate choice of route, date and availability, so our company is responsible for registration — we will do everything correctly and on time.
